Raffle Tickets - Please Read
You may have noticed the absence of your raffle ticket booklets this season so far.
The distribution of the raffle ticket booklets has been delayed due to extremely unforeseeable circumstances. The Executive are aware of the situation and the markedly reduced timescale this now affords parents to sell the tickets and perhaps recoup their value. In addition, the added complication of school being out and the season being at an end for the majority of teams.
Managers /or coaches will be contacted in the next 2-3 days on this. Raffle booklets will be available for collection via your manager, once they have been collected from the Exec. The how/ when to pick up your booklets will be communicated via your manager.
This is a very unfortunate occurrence and the Exec thank you for your understanding on this occasion.
The draw will take place on Saturday July 20th @ 5pm – during the Bantam Provincials @ Panorama.
1st Prize $1000
2nd Prize $750
3rd Prize $500
All raffle stubs, for entry into the draw need to be provided to a member of the Exec at Panorama (or via your manager) BY 4pm on Saturday July 20th.
Monies from sales of the raffle tickets are used throughout the season to pay for tournaments, referees and to keep registration costs low – What this means is there are no returns for unsold booklets
