2012 Late Registration Date is February 29th 2012

Late registration fee - $25.00 per family

• Fundraiser fee - $50.00 per player
  
  
• Jersey deposit - $100.00 (post dated cheque)
   
• Volunteer Deposit - $50.00 (post dated cheque)
   
• Late registration fee - $25.00 per family
  (registrations completed after March 1, 2012)
   
• N.S.F. cheque handling fee of $25.00
  
  Anyone who has submitted an NSF cheque to Peninsula Lacrosse Association will be required to pay for all registration fees in cash

All refund requests must be submitted to the PLA Registrar at Kristen Jawanda. A $25.00 processing fee will apply to all refunds.

• Full refund on membership cancellation received by the Registrar prior to March 1st
  
• 50% refund on membership cancellation received between March 1st and April 15th
  
• No refunds on membership cancellations received after April 15th or the start of League play, whichever comes first
  
• Please allow 30 days for processing

"The KidSport Fund is the charitable arm of Sport BC that helps overcome the financial obstacles that may limit children from playing sport. The Fund gives financial grants to children to allow them to play a season of sport."
